Week 14 had the membership barely beating the house once again. The House’s 12 picks were bested by the collective’s 13. After fourteen weeks of crap, the score is 8 to 3 in favor of the members, with three pushes. Everybody's favorite sim, NFL Madden 08 on the Xbox 360, came in with a 9-7 record again.

After 14 weeks of the 2007 regular season, the numbers are:

The Challenge
Three games were disagreed-upon this week, two went against the House… not that they were bad picks. The House picked Houston to beat Tampa, Tennessee to beat San Diego and Pittsburgh to beat New England*. The Steelers pick was a half-hearted one. I’ve been saying for weeks that the Pats* first loss would come in the playoffs, but didn’t stick to my guns. The Houston pick went as predicted and the Titans pick ALMOST went as selected, but they lost in OT. Oh well, so it goes.

Six members picked 15 out of 16 games correctly this week, all of them picked the same way in the Monday night contest. With the best overall pick record on the season, ncogneeto will take home this week’s prize: The Lord of the Rings Trilogy: Limited Edition DVD set. Congrats to all the 15 pick winner… great week!
